She is the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She has more than 440 publications in radiation chemistry, chemistry of phosphorus- and sulphur-containing polymers, green chemistry, education for sustainable development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been the President of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) in 2016-2017 and the member of the Governing Board of the International Science Council in 2019-2021. Natalia Tarasova is a recipient of numerous scientific awards, including Academician V. Koptug Prize of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2011) and the Academician G.N.Flerov Prize of the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research.
