Felix joined the ISC in 2025 as a Science Officer, bringing with him experience in research assessment, programme evaluation, and scientometrics. Before joining the ISC, he worked as a consultant in the public and academic sectors, collaborating extensively with policymakers, research funders, and academic institutions around the world. His work has focused on evaluating science and innovation programmes, assessing research impact, and mapping collaboration in science.
Felix holds an MSc in Public Policy & Human Development from UNU-MERIT, an MSc in Strategic Innovation Management from the University of Sussex, and a BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Maastricht University.
