The Committee on Oceanic Research (SCOR) is announcing its 2025 annual meeting which will take place from 29 – 31 October 2025 and will be hosted by the Marine and Coastal Research Institute (INVEMAR) in Santa Marta, Colombia with remote attendance available.
The SCOR Annual Meetings includes updates from SCOR activities from the past year, and allows national committees to oversee the work of SCOR, to approve new working groups, and discuss the SCOR budget for the coming year. This year, many SCOR-sponsored projects will be reflecting on past accomplishments and making plans for the future.

Note: Dates of individual presentation are subject to the availability and time zone of remote presenters.
A pre-meeting symposium on the afternoon of 28 October will invite engagement between the SCOR community and Colombian early-career scientists. Participation by all annual meeting attendees is encouraged and appreciated. More details will be available soon.
